STRATEGY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MILK-PROCESSING ENTERPRISES
The essence and basic elements of strategy of innovative development of the milk-processing enterprises is considered in the article. Identified key transition preconditions national system of agricultural production on the innovative development model by creating effective institutional environment and economic mechanism. Conducted research of factors internal and external environment that determine the choice of innovation strategy. The article also highlights the major components of innovation policy, the prospects for their development. Identified key areas of innovation policy in the sphere of agricultural production in Ukraine. Substantiated strategic reference points of innovative development of a dairy complex in a section of its basic components are proved.
