THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING A NEW PRODUCT FOR THE INDUSTRIAL
MARKET

The article considers the approaches of domestic and foreign scholars on the stage of
development of new products and proposed new product development process for the industrial  market. To achieve strategic competitive advantage to industry need to develop new products. Determined the difference between innovative activity and development of new product. The article defined internal and external factors that influence the need to develop a new product. The article analysed the process of withdrawal of a new product for the industrial market, including the market of warehouse racking systems on the example of "Research and Production Enterprise" IMVO". Consider the strengths and weaknesses of the company, internal and external factors affecting its activity. The basic segments and determines which of these segments of the new product is the most competitive. This example helps to better absorb the material that is resented in the paper.
