TECHMOLOGICAL INNOVATION AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENES OF UKRAINIAN DAIRY ENTERPRISES

This article examines the current state and trends in the dairy industry of Ukraine and look at problems of dairy processing enterprises in the domestic market. Reveals the problem of ensuring the competitiveness of dairy products and ways to overcome them through the introduction of innovative production technologies that are able to provide a basis for updating product lines, achieving a high level of quality and number of price advantages, create the conditions for entry into foreign markets. The essence of the concept of «technological competitiveness» was also determined and a model of technological competitiveness in the industrial plant was developed too.
