PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN ENTERPRISES ON THE TERMS OF FRANCHISING
This article reveals the essence and features of the concept of franchising as a form of integration of small, medium and large businesses and the concept of "franchise agreement" as favorable conditions for starting a business and securing common interests and cooperation franchised businesses. We consider that Foreign franchisors operating in the territory of Ukraine and Ukrainian companies, which began franchising activities. In addition, analysis of the dynamics of the growing number of franchisees in Ukraine for years and the main reasons that prevent the successful development of franchising. However, The structure of the market franchises to date and determined that the franchise business in Ukraine covers a greater extent of trade and intermediary sector and the service sector. The main advantages and disadvantages of franchising activities and analyzes the prospects for its development in Ukraine.
