CLUSTERS AND NETWORKS AS A TOOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND COMPETITIVENESS OF INDUSTRY AND REGIONS OF UKRAINE.

The paper is devoted to the issues of using the potential of clusters and networks for the competitiveness and innovation activity of enterprises and regions of Ukraine. Definition of the concepts of "clusters" and "network " are characteristic features of their success. This paper explored the similarities and differences between the operation of clusters and networks in the market, their features and software approach to creating these forms. The theory M. Porter of the possibility of increasing the competitiveness of organizations that are combined into clusters in three directions. The examples of the use of clusters in the international market and the basic conditions of their use in Ukraine, including the company "SkanBaltBioRehion " which has long been working efficiently on cluster based in the Baltic region. The article deals with Ukrainian example of the cluster approach on the example of building a cluster Podilsky district. The necessity and the prospect of application clusters in Ukraine .
