CORPORATE CULTURE IN THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISE
Innovative activities of the enterprise demands a strong foundation in the material, financial and human resources. However, without a well-established corporate culture, the organization will not be able to achieve success in the market and the competitiveness of its innovative products, innovative processes will not develop satisfactorily.
This article discusses the principles and methods for creating a corporate culture of innovative enterprises, the main components of constructing a model of corporate culture. Expediency of inclusion of effectiveness of corporate culture as strategic factor that determines the overall economic efficiency of activity of companies is grounded.
