RESEARCH RISKS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MEASURES TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES BY LLC «SIRIUS EXTRUSION»

Paper analyzes and risk assessments improving the efficiency of production of LLC «SiriusEkstruzhen» that arise during the implementation of alternative measures to achieve this goal. This paper analyzes the market on which the LLC «SiriusEkstruzhen» proposed alternative projects enhance the performance of its production activities on which conducted a quantitative risk analysis projects by examining their sensitivity. The results of the analysis developed arrangements for the selected projects proposed for design work required for its implementation, examines the change of performance of production activities and the majority of partial indicators before and after implementation the selected project highlighted the positive effects of the project, which led to an increase in overall productivity production system. Conducted the study estimates are significant practical implications for economic activity of a particular company and proposed for implementation. Scientific novelty of this study is to develop recommendations to improve the performance of production activities.
