"SHADOW" PROCESSES AND PROBLEMS OF CORRUPTION IN UKRAINE

This paper deals with corruption as a complex phenomenon that is interpreted in different ways, but most economists are inclined to the view that it was the main reason while the main segment of the "shadow" economy .
The author presented indicators for the shadow economy in terms of GDP , where Ukraine is the leader . This is due to imperfect legislation , and corruption is a major negative consequences.
The scale of these processes is an indicator of the political and socio -economic systems, including strategy and type of state.
Noted that the uncertainty and risk associated with the uncertainty of not only the rules of the income distribution business imposed by the state.
Blur the boundaries of the "shadow " economy is related to the uncertainty of the total business revenue and total withdrawals , which counts the state.
Determined that the " shadow " - a result of the conflict between government and business through the opacity of both together deficient state of knowledge about business issues .
The novelty of the study is to determine the parameters of deployment, causes, effects and interdependence of corruption and shadow processes . In particular, states that the parameters deployment corruption and shadow processes in Ukraine become threatening mass .
