COMBINING OF MARKETING AND LOGISTIC APPROACHES TO IMPROVEMENT OF THE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE COMPANY

The article considers approaches to the distribution system improvement and their differences. There was conducted the in-depth analysis of the methodological foundations of this problem. Distinguished features, which define the conditions of distribution system functioning in Ukraine, are stated. Main advantages of each approach and related science papers are discussed. Key features and factors of definition are found. Comparative characteristics of these approaches’ orientation towards scientific problem of distribution are developed. A new way of their combining in modern Ukrainian business conditions is proposed. The structure of the distribution systems of goods and commodities in terms of modern economic conditions and requirements to the basic elements of such economic systems are analysed. Roles of marketing and logistic approaches in solving distribution problems are defined. Final results allow to increase the efficiency of distribution system and of enterprise in general in modern business conditions in Ukraine .
