PROBLEMS AND METHODS OF MOTIVATION PLANT PERSONNEL IN A CHANGING

The article is about motivational aspects of personnel enterprises management in order to improve their professional competence, creativity and innovative abilities to ensure enterprises adaptability to conditions of instability. Necessity of forming the corresponding adaptive corporate culture in the company is proved and its key features are found. Problems that prevent its formation, in particular, the lack of identification of personalized interests of managers with those of most businesses and their owners, as well as the impossibility of ensuring full motivation are identified and summarized. Based on the generalization approaches of different authors we proposed methods of motivation and the conditions for their implementation in the enterprise. The usefulness of attracting external consultants on organizational development to begin the process of self-organization of the company is proved.
