PRIORITIES OF THE INNOVATION SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

This article investigated the priority areas of the innovation system of Ukraine. The development of the global economic system is influenced by the scientific, technical and technological progress, which is characterized by increasing innovation activity and the need to find areas for improvement. The main categories of innovation systems and innovation are the innovation infrastructure. Innovation is a complex of measures aimed at the development and implementation of new developments, techniques, forms and methods of management in various areas of social life in order to optimize them. Innovative infrastructure - a collection of entities of any form of property, which provide services for the innovation. World experience of the technology market in the U.S., Japan, Sweden, Taiwan shows that the main part of its policy in developed countries have programs for sustainable development and the creation and tehnoekopolisov tehnoparkovyh structures as innovation centers. Develop and implement national innovation systems in developed countries is different. First, the state plays in this process is an active role and becoming innovation system stimulates the transition from direct management to the indicative. Second, the development of technology, especially information and communications networks to support the creation of network structures based management which are synergistic principles.
The current stage of development of the national economy requires increased state influence on the development of innovative capacity at all levels of functioning of the national economy by increasing the funding and promotion of small and medium-sized innovative enterprises.
