INNOVATION RESTRUCTURING AS A PREREQUISITE OF ENTERPRISE
In uncertain external environment, entrepreneurs’ need to respond to possible changes and take proactive measures aimed at preserving viability and competitiveness of the enterprise. One of the ways to subsistence and development under such circumstances is to develop and implement a project of innovative restructuring. Innovative restructuring at the enterprise level should provide restructuring in all spheres of its activities, ranging from industrial and organizational system and completing at the financial and property issues. At the same time, the main focus is on the innovation flowing processes. Most significant criterion for success is the ability to restructure the company to be profitable in the new economic environment.
This article theoretically proves the feasibility of restructuring measures on the basis of innovation and suggests possible ways and stages of innovative restructuring. This restructuring should provide ultimately increase the solvency of companies driven by cost reduction, increased productivity, the introduction of new technologies and modernization of production.
