CURRENT PROBLEMS OF SALES MANAGEMENT IN CONTEXT OF THE FEA OF THE UKRAINIAN COMPANIES
 
Towards improving the sales management in the process of FEA domestic enterprises today face many challenges. The actual problems of sales management is usually treated as separate impacts on business activity. The authors present the main negative impacts on the sales management of domestic enterprises in this article and found that they are closely related. Using a systematic approach of the analysis of outstanding problems, we propose the system of cause and effect relationships. This system allows to detect and classify the problems, identify their possible causes and correlation with other issues. We offer possible solutions, based on which the company should make an action plan aimed at complete removal of the detected problems.
